Unique Transportation is the BEST! If you haven’t used this company, you are truly missing out on a wonderful experience. This is the only company that I have used for the last 5 years. I travel to Mexico quite often and they are my transportation of choice. I have the same driver every time I come, and Luis is GREAT! My friends use them as well. On our recent visit, we booked 3 vehicles. That should say it all. They are so dependable, communication is over the top, vehicles are new and always clean and comfortable, and most of all the drivers are so polite and we have become close friends. We used Unique Transportation last year and again this year. We will only use them. The service is amazing, the staff is fantastic, thier communication with you is top notch. We use them for round-trip Transport from the airport to the ferry over to Isla and they are just exceptional. If you can get Oscar to drive you, do it, he's an absolute blast. Our airport transportation was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Traveling with two babies can be a lot, but they truly went above and beyond by providing baby car seats for us—such a thoughtful touch that made us feel safe and cared for.
A special shoutout to Ismael, our driver—he was incredible! So kind, patient, and professional, and he made the entire ride comfortable and easy. You can tell they really care about their customers and pay attention to the little details.

All around great experience using Unique this past weekend! Yasmin reached out a day prior to confirm our flight details and car reservation. She even texted a picture and instructions of where to go when we got to the airport. Super helpful! We met the staff member who took us to the car. Both staff loaded the luggage and confirmed evening with us. The host was I believe Jesus? And driver was Martin. He was training someone who sat in the passenger seat as well!
I ordered a bottle of Prosecco for an extra charge and it was on ice ready to go in the car! They had cold towels to refresh us, bottles of water and snacks! The car was an Escalade, super nice and clean on the inside and even an iPad for the passengers to change the music. Martin kept us informed the whole ride and it was super smooth, it went by too quick! I felt very safe and taken care of every step of the way.
For the pick up, they sent the confirmation a day prior and the driver was waiting ready to go at the scheduled time. Once again, very smooth pick up and everything was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend to use Unique Transportation when coming to Cancun!
